"The CASC tests far more than clinical knowledge; it tests resilience, self-awareness, and emotional control. One of the most important decisions I made was to stop worrying about what I could not change—the actor, the examiner, or the day—and instead to confront my own gaps with honesty and humility.
That moment of clarity is when Dr. Cara and Dr. Huma entered my journey. They didn’t just teach; they understood. They recognised exactly where I was struggling and reshaped every session around those weaknesses. I kept coming back, and each time Dr. Cara pushed further—designing new stations, constantly refining them, and challenging me not just to pass the CASC, but to think beyond it. I learned how to adapt, anticipate unfamiliar scenarios, and, most importantly, remain calm when it mattered most.
What truly changed in my final attempt was the depth of understanding of the NHS mental health system that I gained from Dr. Cara and Dr. Huma—untainted by non-UK guidelines. This had long been my greatest blind spot and the reason I struggled repeatedly with management stations in the past. For the first time, everything finally clicked.
I cleared the November 2025 CASC with 15 out of 16 stations and a score of 78%. This achievement was not mine alone. It truly takes a village to pass this exam, and Dr. Cara and Dr. Huma were an essential part of mine.
I am deeply and sincerely grateful."
