One to One online CASC tutoring

Service Description

Having 1:1 sessions means you get the full benefit from practising. It also enables you to choose areas you feel you need extra support with and to have a tailored environment personalised to your needs. The helps you maximise efficiency. The sessions last an hour, we go through scenarios and you get feedback after each scenario it’s up to you how you use each hour either you pick topics you want to go over in advance or we work through common set scenarios for each topic examined. Our pass rate is currently 86% in candidates who have had at least 5 hours with cascmaster- 93 % in candidates who had at least 10 hours. Depending on how much feedback is needed for each station we would normally get through 4-6 stations in an hour, you would receive written feedback afterwards including an action plan and also a time table after the first session with suggested reading areas, just a couple a night to keep on track! We also offer mock exams which are 16 run through stations with a 20 minute gap in the middle and written feedback received afterwards.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/ rescheduling before four weeks of the boked start date: full refund, minus 10% of the fee for administrative costs or rescheduling permitted based on staff availability free of charge. Cancellation/ rescheduling between four weeks and one week of the course start date - 50% of course fee refunded or rescheduling permitted based on staff availability. Cancellation/rescheduling within one week of the course date - no refund possible and no rescheduling, session is forfeited. If you are  15 minutes or more late to a booking it will be classed as a forfeited session and no refund or rescheduling will be allowed so please arrive promptly. If a course has to be cancelled by CASC Master due to unforeseen circumstances, we would endeavour to allow as much notice as possible and would provide a full refund to participants who made a booking if rescheduling is not possible. We cannot guarantee that any course will run as advertised, and reserve the right to make a cancellation.. We cannot be held liable for any expenses made in planning to attend a CASC Master course that is subsequently cancelled.
